The students of Class 5-D conducted a meaningful class assembly on the theme of Patriotism on 3rd October 2025 celebrating the spirit of love and devotion towards our nation based on the Sustainable Development Goals-4, 16 and 17. The assembly began with a soulful Edmund Rice prayer, setting a tone of reverence and unity.

The assembly included a reflection on how students can embody patriotism through small acts—being responsible citizens, respecting diversity, and contributing positively to society.

अपि स्वर्णमयी लंका न मे लक्ष्मण रोचते। 

जननी जन्मभूमिश्च स्वर्गादपि गरीयसी॥

Through the Ramayan the assembly beautifully wove together ancient wisdom and modern values, highlighting how devotion to one’s land, duty, and people is deeply embedded in our cultural heritage. Representing the triumph of good over evil and the protection of one’s people as a powerful symbol of sacrifice for dharma and respect for elders, showcased by Lord रामा.
