Prioritizing mental well-being is key to building a
supportive school community. To mark World Mental Health Day, our
students and staff participated in impactful activities across all grade levels
to promote awareness, empathy, and emotional resilience.
Event Highlights:
● Daily Wellness Tips
(Class 9): Our Class 9 Peer Educators led daily thematic assemblies—Mindful
Monday, Talk it out Tuesday, Wellness Wednesday, Thankful Thursday, and Feelings
Friday—to share practical mental health insights.
● Student Peer Workshops
(Class 10): Class 10 Peer Educators conducted interactive sessions for
younger grades, focusing on Empathy & Perspective-Taking (Classes
4–6) and Managing Emotions & Coping with Stress (Classes 7–8).
● Neuropsychiatrist
Session (Classes 9 & 10): An expert Neuropsychiatrist hosted an
insightful session on the "Path to Mental Well-Being," guiding
senior students on brain health and stress regulation.
● Special Hybrid
Assembly (Oct 9): The school united for a hybrid assembly highlighted by a
special video featuring our teachers sharing their own personal coping
strategies for managing stress.
"Mental health is not a destination, but a process. It’s about how
you drive, not where you’re going."
