Description:
On the 22nd of August 2024, the Culture and Heritage Society with 25 of its members attended a session with INTACH (Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage) which introduced the already steadfast minds of the Culture and Heritage Society boys to a new layer and perspective towards the perspective of culture and heritage in India. From lectures about the monuments in Delhi itself to their informative videos, the avid audience kept their interaction up with both the resource persons; Mr. Abhishek Das and Ms. Christina Shangne, who kept a conducive environment alive and humble. The session ended with offers of heritage walks and assistance in awareness assemblies a group photo near the memorial rock outside the Senior School gate, which had been placed by INTACH itself, recognizing our school’s own heritage.
