Dharamshala Trip
Dates: 23rd May 2024 to 27th May 2024
A trip to Dharamshala was organized for the students of class 8 to 10. Twenty students were sent with two teachers in the evening of 23rd May 2024. Along with the Journey students enjoyed the fresh & relaxing weather of Dharamshala. The trip was fully packed with visits to multiple places which were a perfect combo of knowledge and enjoyment. During their trip students were taken to Dharamshala Cricket Stadium, War Museum, Dalai Lama Temple, MacLeod Ganj Mall Road, Dari Govt. School, Norbulinka Dall Museum and Temple and Wah Tea Estate. On one hand this trip made the students feel proud of their country, on the other hand it provided a spiritual vibe too. In addition to this, they were provided with the knowledge of culture of Himachal Pradesh by a traditional dance group. An enjoyable trekking to a waterfall added excitement to the flavour of the trip. Interaction with the students and the Principal of Dari Govt. School was really enriching for our students. At Wah Tea Estate the students were properly explained about the processing of tea from plant to cup. Songs by the students in the bus made the trip unforgettable for all of them.
