Description:
On 8th and 9th of April 2025, the young boys of St. Columba’s Kindergarten stepped into their classrooms (in two groups) for the very first time—wide-eyed, curious, and brimming with excitement. Though a few clutched their parents’ hands with a hint of shyness, any initial apprehension soon melted away in the warmth of cheerful faces and a welcoming environment. The day began on a calm and positive note, with the soothing melody of prayer songs. The boys settled in, joining in lively rhymes that filled the room with laughter and joy.
To help them feel at home, the boys were taken on a short school tour, visiting important spaces like the washroom, sick bay, and even catching a glimpse of the swimming pool—sparking wonder and curiosity.
Later, their creativity took flight as they engaged in creating colourful butterfly and cat crafts, followed by the playful ‘Magic Letters’ activity, where learning became an adventure through hands-on fun.
The day wrapped up with happy smiles and cherished memories marking a heartwarming beginning to their journey in St. Columba’s.
