Description:
Peace is one of the most valuable lessons we can pass on to young minds. It teaches understanding, empathy, and the strength found in kindness. The morning assembly presented by the students of Class 3C on 14th May 2025 was a gentle yet powerful reminder of this essential value.
The assembly began with a series of positive affirmations read aloud by Ms Vandana Sharma, who highlighted how speaking positively can shape our thoughts and actions. Her simple, encouraging affirmations set a calm and uplifting tone for everyone.
This was followed by a soulful prayer that deepened the reflective mood of the morning. The boys then offered a thoughtful explanation of what peace truly means. They shared how peace is not merely the absence of war or conflict, but something that begins with each of us, through small acts of care, sharing, helping, and caring.
A captivating skit brought this message to life, with the boys portraying how daily choices rooted in love, respect, and compassion can ripple outwards to create harmony and peace around us.
This was followed by a graceful dance on a cheerful group song by the boys of Class 3C- “Peace is flowing like a river”, both of which added colour and joy to the morning's message and left the audience smiling.
The efforts of the students were appreciated by our respected Principal, Br. Robert, and Junior Wing Headmistress, Mrs. Kaushal, who praised the students for their confident performances and meaningful message.
The assembly effectively conveyed that peace starts with us, and it's a choice we can make every day.
