On the
10th of October 2025 (Friday), the students of Class 10E presented their class assembly on the topic
‘Self improvement through Yoga- Being a better version of one’s own self. The
assembly aimed to educate the students about the benefits of yoga in enhancing
their physical, mental and emotional well being. The students showcased various
yoga asanas such as Trikonasana, Tadasana and Ardhachakrasana that
help build a positive body image, reduce stress and improve overall well being.
The informative
and engaging assembly discussed practical strategies for incorporating yoga in
our daily lives. The assembly concluded with the wise words of Brother Agnelo,
who reiterated the importance of slow and steady progress as every small step
counts towards making the world a better place and that change begins from
within us.
