The class assembly on the topic Hustle
Culture was conducted by 11-E on the 17th December 2025 with the aim
of creating awareness about the growing pressure to constantly work and stay
productive.
The assembly began with a brief
introduction defining hustle culture as the mindset that glorifies overworking,
constant achievement, and equating self-worth with productivity, often at the
cost of mental and physical well-being.
The assembly concluded with a strong
message that true success lies in balance, well-being, and sustainable effort
rather than endless hustle.
