12-C presented their assembly on the topic “Usage of Derogatory Language and Objectification of Women,” which highlighted a very important issue that exists in today’s society. Usage of derogatory language against people of different caste or colour or objectification of women is still pretty much prevalent in our society. Possible solutions to put an end to these maybe when we stop looking at others who look different as aliens and when we start respecting diversity. We need to be mindful of our actions and reflect upon how many times we use such words and how it may have affected the listener. This may make the world a better place to live in.
