Class 1 Annual Show – Carousel of Classics

January 23rd was a day of pure magic as the talented students of Class 1 took to the stage for their Annual Show, Carousel of Classics, captivating the audience with a delightful showcase of dance, music, song, and engaging dialogues. The young performers brought to life five beloved tales, transforming the stage into a vibrant world of imagination and wonder.

The students presented charming enactments of The Pied Piper of Hamelin, The Emperor’s New Clothes, A True Friend, Beauty and the Beast, and The Selfish Giant, each conveying meaningful lessons of honesty, friendship, kindness, courage, and compassion. Every segment reflected confidence, expression, and joyful learning.

The programme was beautifully anchored by the lively Masters of Ceremony, who appeared as a cheerful Bookbinder and playful Book Page, seamlessly linking each presentation and adding charm to the flow of the show.

The show was graced by our respected Principal, Br. Robert, our Community Leader, Br. Agnelo, Senior School Section Head, Mr. Chopra, and Junior Wing Headmistress, Mrs. Kaushal. Their presence greatly encouraged the young performers. The distinguished panel of judges included Mrs. Manvi Sehgal, an educator from the Convent of Jesus and Mary, and Mrs Jyotsna Sarpal, Biology Teacher from the Senior Wing of St. Columba’s School.

Proud parents filled the auditorium and watched with admiration as the children performed with confidence and enthusiasm. Each performance reflected the students’ hard work and the dedicated guidance of their teachers.

The programme concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks presented by Mrs. Kaushal, who appreciated the collective efforts of students, teachers, and parents in making the event a memorable success.
