Description:
In today's rapidly evolving workplace landscape, fostering a safe and inclusive environment is paramount. Thus, an informative and enriching session was conducted by Mrs. Rupa Dey, the IC member of the Junior School, for the staff of the Junior School on 19th February 2024. Mrs. Dey adeptly apprised the members about the importance of the SHOWW Act and how it came into force, elucidating Understanding and Preventing Workplace Harassment in simple terms. The role and significance of the Internal Committee were also elaborated in detail, including its constitution, duties, functions, and procedures.
The session culminated with an interactive question-and-answer session, during which teachers posed queries and shared their insights.
