Description:
The Feast of our Founder, Blessed Edmund Ignatius was marked by a combined assembly of the three wings. The assembly began with a prayer song and prayer by the Senior School. The Junior School paid heartfelt tribute to Edmund Rice's legacy by presenting vibrant performances, where students showcased values that were intrinsic to our Founder. Through role plays, commentaries, and dance (to the Edmund Rice song), the little ones earned enthusiastic applause from the audience. The Middle School emphasized the core virtues of Edmund Rice, reminding us that life is full of hardships. As we navigate these challenges, we must hold on to virtues like commitment, faith, dignity, empowerment, and determination. Through melodious songs, the Middle School choir urged the audience to embrace their true calling and pursue it responsibly. The Senior school presented a short play, “A View from our Windows”, that called the school community to reflect on their context and reach out to marginalized people through works of justice. Our Principal, Br. Robert Fernandes shared a special message with the school emphasizing the need to keep our focus on the life of Edmund and to strive for what is true and right, just and noble in all our ways. The choir concluded the special assembly with the School Anthem
