On Tuesday, 12th May 2026, Hariaksh Maggo and Arnav Ahuja, members of the Senior School Student Council, successfully conducted an intensive Leadership Training Workshop for the newly appointed Middle School Prefects and Student Council members.

The session aimed to bridge the gap between junior and senior student leadership while equipping the young prefects with essential leadership skills and values required for their new roles.

The major areas of focus included understanding the roles and responsibilities of a prefect, developing effective communication skills, and learning conflict resolution strategies. The workshop also guided the students on how to plan, pitch, and organize meaningful middle school initiatives.

A key highlight of the session was the spirit of mentorship displayed by the Senior School Student Council members. They shared personal experiences, addressed situational questions, and provided practical advice on balancing academic responsibilities with leadership duties. This peer-to-peer mentoring approach created an open and encouraging environment where the middle school students felt comfortable interacting, asking questions, and learning from their seniors.

The workshop proved to be an enriching and inspiring experience, motivating the young leaders to lead with confidence, responsibility, and integrity.
