Class
7B presented a powerful assembly titled “Netaji – The Man, The Mystery, The
Legend” based on the life of Subhas Chandra Bose on 6th May, 2026.
Through narration, dramatic performances, and reflective storytelling, the
students highlighted Netaji’s courage, determination and unwavering commitment
to India’s freedom struggle.
The
assembly explored several fascinating aspects of Netaji’s life, including his
resignation from the Indian Civil Services, the formation of the Indian
National Army, his daring escape from British surveillance, and his strategic
meetings with Hitler during World War II. A particularly impactful segment
focused on the mystery surrounding his disappearance and the theory of Gumnami
Baba, leaving the audience thoughtful and intrigued.
Brother
Robert Fernandes, Principal, also graced the occasion with his words of
encouragement. The assembly concluded with a stirring rendition of Sab Sukh
Chain, the anthem of the Azad Hind Fauj, filling the atmosphere with patriotism
and pride and serving as a fitting tribute to one of India’s most inspiring
leaders.
