On 24th April 2026, St. Columba’s School, New Delhi, organized a Fire Drill under the supervision of the Environment Awareness and Disaster Management Society to educate students about essential safety measures during fire emergencies.
The drill was conducted with the objective of familiarizing students with the basic protocols to be followed in case of a fire or any such emergency situation. Students were briefed about the importance of remaining calm, avoiding panic, following instructions carefully, and evacuating the premises in an orderly manner.
Teachers and EADM Society members ensured discipline and smooth movement throughout the evacuation process. The students actively participated and followed the instructions responsibly.
Overall, the fire drill was an important learning experience that reinforced the value of preparedness, awareness, and collective responsibility.
