St. Columba's School proudly celebrated its Patron's Award Function on 31st July 2026, honouring students who distinguished themselves through outstanding achievements in academics, leadership, sports, co-curricular activities, and exemplary conduct. Guided by the inspiring theme, "In Faith I Anchor, In Hope I Soar," the event was a joyous celebration of dedication, perseverance, and excellence.

The ceremony commenced with a prayer service, followed by the traditional lighting of the lamp and a warm welcome to the Provincial Leadership team of Brothers and Chief Guest, Mr. Manjeev Singh Puri, a distinguished alumnus of St. Columba's School and former diplomat of the Indian Foreign Service. In his inspiring address, Mr. Puri reflected on his years as a Columban and shared valuable insights from his distinguished career in diplomacy. Encouraging students to pursue excellence with integrity, resilience, and a spirit of service, he reminded them that strong values, perseverance, and a commitment to lifelong learning are the foundations of meaningful success. His words resonated deeply with students, parents, and staff, perfectly complementing the school's theme, "In Faith I Anchor, In Hope I Soar."

The highlight of the programme was the presentation of the Patron's Awards to deserving students whose accomplishments reflected the school's commitment to holistic education and all-round excellence. The most awaited Columban of the Year was bagged by Harshaan Pusuluri for  his consistent and extraordinary performance. The recipients were warmly applauded for their hard work, perseverance, and exemplary achievements, making the occasion both memorable and inspiring.

The celebration was further enriched by captivating performances by the students. The school choir enthralled the audience with melodious songs that set a graceful and uplifting tone for the occasion, while a vibrant dance performance  added colour, energy, and enthusiasm to the programme. 

The function concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the Chief Guest, parents, teachers, and all those who contributed to the success of the celebration. The Patron's Award Function 2026 was a fitting tribute to the achievements of the students and reaffirmed St. Columba's School's enduring commitment to nurturing young minds who remain anchored in faith and soar with hope.
