On 23rd July 2025 the students of class 10 C conducted an assembly on the theme "Leadership – Responsibility Over Authority."
The assembly commenced with a prayer, followed by a skit which highlighted the difference between the leader's who lead by force and authority and those who lead with responsibility. The assembly underlined the fact hat true leaders empower others and lead by example .The students spoke about effective leadership that involves a delicate balance between exercising authority and taking responsibility. This was followed by a speech that explored the qualities of responsible leadership, urging students to reflect on their own leadership roles within the school and society.
The assembly concluded with a few quotes on leadership, leaving the audience with a strong message about integrity, humility, and responsibility. -
