Keeping this thought in mind, the students of St. Columba’s Junior School put up a special assembly on Labour Day which was celebrated on 1st May 2023 to felicitate our helpers for their dedication and hard work. The special assembly began with a soulful prayer followed by an interesting poem recital highlighting the significance of hard work and commitment. The boys came up with an endearing presentation and left no stone unturned to show their appreciation towards the helpers. The students addressed each helper, speaking straight from their hearts and expressing their gratitude to the helpers in school who work tirelessly to keep the school clean and organised.
A well-coordinated dance presentation and song presentation which followed won the hearts of one and all.
The helpers too gave a pleasant surprise by singing and performing on stage.
All the helpers were felicitated and presented with a token of appreciation by Brother William D’souza and our Headmistress Mrs. Kaushal who graced the occasion. This assembly surely marked a memorable start to the day and brought smiles to the faces of our beloved school helpers.
