Description:
On July 15th, 2024, class 5B held an inspiring assembly themed "Empowering the Future." The event focused on the school's contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) i.e the SCS 17 and how students can make a difference in their own small ways. Each goal was elaborated upon with practical suggestions for action.
The assembly featured a heartwarming poem designed to awaken the young minds both in heart and spirit. This was followed by a solemn pledge to work towards the Sustainable Development Goals. The school choir then performed a melodious song to motivate their fellow students to commit to these goals. The assembly concluded with the school anthem, marking a meaningful end to the event. Mrs. Pal encouraged the boys to pick up a few ways to implement these goals through her words of encouragement. Report by: Ms. Rebecca Balman
